I’ve been meaning to contact you and thank you so much for the last one ( 1st March, pussy willow sphere) .
I was so thrilled to be able to make such a lovely arrangement, and I have to compliment you on your whole approach: you are so calm and encouraging and extremely well-prepared.
Hope I’ll be able to come to another one soon”.
“Thank you for a very good workshop – loved the horizontal arrangement which has been much admired. See you in May”

“I attended my first workshop,’Winter Wonderland’- Door Wreath, on Wednesday evening. I was welcomed with the beautiful smell of blue spruce, Christmas music playing in the background and a warming cup of tea. Everyone was very friendly which helped to create a relaxing and festive atmosphere.
Hans gave a very clear and informative demonstration of what we would go on to emulate; with help, advice and encouragement I was able to make a lovely christmas wreath to adorn my front door.
Hans’s Knowledge, skill and enthusiasm is inspiring. I am truly looking forward to the next workshop.”
“This is the second wreath-making workshop I’ve been to with Hans. I went with a couple of friends last year, and we enjoyed it so much we decided to go again this year.
There is something very special about the idea of making things with which to welcome people to your home, instead of just buying them. When you consider that a similar wreath from a shop would probably cost far more, we felt that Hans’s workshop offered not only a unique experience, but also great value for money.
For us, it’s not just about making a wreath. It’s about taking time out to mark the start of the Christmas season, to forget about all the stresses of daily life for a morning, and to create something beautiful that is going to give other people pleasure.
Hans is very good at explaining how to make the wreath – his instructions are clear and he has a great sense of humour. Idiots like me then get everything the wrong way round, but he and his assistant Jenny are patient and generous, both with their attention and with the materials for the wreath. There was more than enough greenery and accessories to go round, and most of us took home spare bits of spruce and so on in order to make church decorations or stuff for the house.
We’ll definitely be back again next year, Hans! Christmas wouldn’t be Christmas without you.”
